Working Mahj is a social Mahjong club catering to the working player. Created by two sisters, we are designed to make learning fun, welcoming and approachable.
We host beginner classes, guided play, and social events focused on connection not competition.

Lesson for players brand new to the game! We will go over the history, the tiles, and the rules that make this game addictive. This is a three to four hour lesson with two guided play games to understand play. That includes: how to use the NMJL card, how to deal, the Charleston, and of course how to work towards Mahjong! Recommended for a group of 4–8 people. Private lessons are also available.
